Privacy policy
This notice follows Turkish KVKK Art. 10 (the data controller’s duty to inform) and is also written to meet GDPR, UK GDPR and CCPA/CPRA expectations.
1. Identity of the data controller

2. Purposes of processing
Running and securing the website and preventing abuse (IP address, browser and device type, country, request details).
Measuring aggregate statistics such as visitors, country, device and browser with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies.
With your consent, measuring visits and usage anonymously with Google Analytics.
Remembering your language and cookie choices.
Replying to requests and questions you send us by email.
3. Recipients and purposes of transfer
Cloudflare, Inc. (USA) for hosting, content delivery, security and measurement. With your consent, Google LLC (USA) for analytics.
These providers may process data outside Türkiye and the EU. Transfers rely on safeguards such as standard contractual clauses under GDPR Chapter V and KVKK Art. 9. Your data is not sold and is not shared for advertising.
We may disclose data to competent public authorities where the law requires it.
4. Method and legal basis of collection
Data is collected automatically through your browser when you visit, and from what you send us if you email.
Legal bases: legitimate interests for running and securing the site and for cookieless aggregate statistics (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f), KVKK Art. 5/2-f); consent for Google Analytics (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a), KVKK Art. 5/1); your request and legitimate interests for replying to emails. Necessary cookies (language and choice cookies) are needed for the site to work as you asked.

5. Your rights
You can ask whether we process your data, request access, correction or deletion, object to processing or restrict it, learn which third parties receive data, request portability, and withdraw consent at any time. You can complain to your local supervisory authority or to Türkiye’s Personal Data Protection Board (KVKK).
California residents (CCPA/CPRA) have the right to know, delete, correct and opt out of sale or sharing. We do not sell or share personal information. A Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal from your browser is applied as a refusal of cookie consent.

Retention
Your cookie choice is kept for 6 months and your language choice for 1 year in your browser. Google Analytics data is set to be kept for at most 14 months.
Provider server logs are kept briefly. Emails are kept as long as needed to answer them and meet legal duties.
Children
The site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. If you are under 18, we recommend making cookie and data choices together with a parent or legal guardian. If we learn we hold data of a child, we delete it, and we remove it immediately at a parent’s request. No advertising or profiling is aimed at children.
Third party links
Links to Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and the game lead to external sites with their own privacy policies. The game site (oyunusenyap.cafunify.com) has its own privacy and cookie notice.
