Cookie policy
This policy explains which cookies the site uses, why, and how you can manage your choices. For how personal data is processed, see the privacy policy.
What cookies are
Cookies are small text files stored in your browser when you visit a site. They are used to remember choices, run the site securely and produce statistics.
Which cookies we use
Necessary cookies are needed for the site to work as you asked and do not require consent. Non necessary cookies (performance, functionality, marketing) load only with your explicit consent; no cookie is set when the page opens and consent is never asked after the fact.
Right now, besides necessary cookies, only consent based performance cookies (Google Analytics) are used. No advertising or marketing cookies are used.
Cloudflare Web Analytics uses no cookies or device IDs and does not identify visitors individually, so it does not appear in the cookie table.
How to manage your choices
In the cookie panel shown on your first visit you can use “Accept all”, “Reject all” or “Manage preferences”. The options have equal prominence and no box is pre ticked.
You can change your choice or withdraw consent at any time through the “Cookie preferences” link in the footer. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing. Your choice is stored in your browser together with the time it was made.
You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings; your language choice may then not be remembered. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, non necessary cookies are treated as refused.
Third parties and transfers abroad
Third party providers shown in the table may process data outside Türkiye and the EU (including the USA), with safeguards under GDPR Chapter V and KVKK Art. 9.
Changes
When a new cookie or measurement tool is added, this policy is updated and consent is asked again where needed. Last updated: 28.10.2026.
